“Today my wife and I had “pool school” with Chris, an employee of your company. I have really sincerely enjoyed working with you, Sweetwater, and everyone has helped make our pool so beautiful. Everything has been top notch and I feel like you have done such a great job. Also, thank you for coming out to check on the pool (I noticed you have). Ryan has also been doing a great job in cleaning and maintaining the pool for us on a weekly basis. We are thankful for all of you!

I had to write a quick note on my own accord to give praise to Chris. my wife and I learned a lot from him today and he was so nice, informative, was on time to the meeting, and helped explain things in a way we could understand. Chris even went above and beyond to help us dig a huge piece of cardboard that because it was soaking wet was incredibly heavy to retrieve from the bottom of the deep end of the pool. He helped set up our wireless app on our phone with ease and was on the phone with tech support to get us up and going in no time. Basically, he really knows what the hell he is doing which makes me as the homeowner feel even more confident in the company.

Employees like Chris, especially in this day and age, are hard to find. His enthusiasm and passion for his job really showed – we never felt like a burden.

Thank you to you, Chris, and Sweetwater for continuing to help our pool experience be first class.

Sweetwater pools has been our service provider for two years. We have been very pleased with their professional and courteous responses to all our needs. We had a safety inspection done of our pool and equipment by Stan Sullivan. He is in charge of maintenance for Sweetwater Pools. Wow! I was really concerned, but he said not to worry they would get it up to code prior to opening. I don’t know how, but they did. We are all very pleased. I have neighbors stop me to comment on how well maintained our pool is, how much they like the lifeguards, etc. This means a lot to me and our whole neighborhood. Use of our pool has more than doubled in the last two years.

I wanted to commend the 5 lifeguards that worked during the school party on Friday, May 27 at the Bay Forest pool. They did a fantastic job and I believe they saved the life of a little boy that jumped off the diving board without knowing how to swim.
